Turboshaft composed of a single-stage centrifugal compressor and single-stage centripetal turbine, manufactured by the Perkins Gas Turbine Ltd. in Peterborough (United Kingdom) between the late 1950s and 1965. It was originally designed to drive a portable fire extinguisher pump or to be used as generator in industrial and marine plants. Due to some commercial matters, the production was concluded after a total of only 167 exemplars and some of them were sold as reserch and didactic device.
